Over the years, Charlie has developed and sold several businesses. Charlie was the founder of Efficient Portfolio, which was named as one of the top Financial Planning firms in the country. He has also written 4 books, including Entrepreneurial Happiness, helping business owners improve their business and life, all whilst taking 3 months off every year. He certainly lives and breathes the principles he teaches!
A keen endurance athlete and multiple Ironman finisher, he is the host of the Business of Endurance podcast, where he interviews the top people from the world of endurance sport to bring their lessons into every day, working life.
He has spoken to audiences all around the world, and combining this with founding The Trusted Team, has empowered his businesses to accelerate their growth, improve their work/life balance and enjoy their work life more.
Charlotte has worked within professional services since 2011, but has worked in marketing and business development since graduating from Kings College London in 2007 with a BA in English. Since then she has undertaken several courses and qualifications in marketing and management, including copywriting, advanced social media and a diploma in Internet Marketing.
She oversees the operations of the business to ensure that our strategic plans for growth, innovation and the overall wellbeing of our team and members are achieved.
Away from work, Charlotte enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures, experimenting in the kitchen, spin classes, long country walks and the theatre. She is also a keen writer, both professionally and personally, and in her spare time she supports a local educational charity and helps other companies with their copy writing and strategic marketing needs.
Victoria is a skilled Executive Assistant and has worked in the private sector since 2007. She also holds the Diploma in Digital Marketing and has a wealth of experience in advanced social media, strategic marketing implementation and business development.
Day to day, Victoria works with our members to ensure that they receive the most relevant and innovative guidance and supports Charlotte in the overall running of the business.
Victoria stays active in her free time by dancing and enjoying outdoor pursuits such as Geocaching. She is a self-confessed ‘nerd’ and enjoys gaming and movie nights when relaxing at home and likes to express her creative side with a number of artistic hobbies, such as painting, drawing and sculpting.
Angela has worked in finance since 2003 and holds AAT Qualifications & Bookkeeping. Angela is working her way with studying and taking accountancy exams and her goal is to attain the Chartered Accountant qualification.
Angela manages all aspects of finance within the business and supports other companies with their payroll and bookkeeping needs.
Angela is an avid reader and has recently become a keen runner. She also has a passion for fine wine, cultivated during her time working with the wine merchant industry.
