Mark's story spans nearly three decades in policing, retiring at senior level having led teams of up to 600 people, before joining the business his wife Emma founded after repeatedly experiencing the damage that poor management causes, and after discovering her dyslexia at 29 and recognising that the coping strategies she'd developed her entire life were actually a profound and transferable skill set. Together, they set out to eradicate bad managers one person at a time.
