TED Talk I’ve Found Interesting
What if you could create new music using your favourite musician’s voice? Sharing her melodic gifts with the world in her TED talk “What if you could sing in your favourite musician’s voice?”, multidisciplinary artist Holly Herndon introduces Holly+, an AI-powered instrument that lets people sing with her own voice. Musician, Pher, joins her onstage to demonstrate this mind-blowing tech while singing into two microphones — one that amplifies his natural voice and another that makes him sound just like Holly. Seriously impressive and thought provoking for the future.

Trusted Team
Reverting back to the Netflix documentary about Schumacher’s career, one thing is for certain; it exemplifies how passion can fuel relentless pursuit of goals, suggesting that success in any field requires a deep, intrinsic love for the work. When you are aligned with your passion, you can ultimately achieve so much more. This doesn’t just apply to the founder of the business, but the entire team. The more you can build a business with the right culture, the more passionate and successful the whole team will be.
At next week’s Trusted Team workshop, one of the things I’ll be working on is crafting a company culture that remains constant through growth in what we call The Culture Canvas.
